Inquiries and owner access

When you send an inquiry, your name, email, message and any supplied company, product or delivery ZIP are stored in a separate private LintHead inbox. A receipt confirms storage, not a seller response. The public storefront cannot read that inbox. Owner notifications contain only receipt references and times with an authenticated inbox link.

Information is used to answer your inquiry and maintain related business records. Contact us through the Etsy or Payhip links to request access, correction or deletion. Do not include payment-card details, sensitive documents or passwords.

Spam prevention

This form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. Its privacy policy applies. A security token must pass server verification before a new inquiry is stored.

An essential, secure browser cookie holds a randomly generated, signed visitor identifier for up to 24 hours. Hashed browser and email identifiers enforce inquiry limits without grouping all anonymous visitors together. The application does not store raw IP addresses. Short-lived token and request fingerprints prevent replay.

Saved pieces and analytics

Your shortlist and analytics preference are stored in this browser. Clear your shortlist on its page or clear browser storage. With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures pages viewed, traffic sources, product interest, outbound checkout clicks and confirmed inquiries. It receives standard device/browser information and uses analytics cookies. It is not loaded until you choose Allow analytics. Advertising features are disabled. We do not send inquiry contents, names, email addresses or receipt references to Analytics. Campaign labels are retained in session storage only with permission. You can withdraw permission using Analytics preferences; this stops further analytics collection. Your purchase completes on Payhip; a checkout click is not a completed sale. External services

Google Fonts receives standard request information when typography loads. Payhip handles digital checkout and delivery under its own terms and privacy policy. Etsy and Payhip handle messages sent through their contact pages. Hosting providers may maintain essential operational logs. Metadata-only owner alerts use the owner's existing notification services.
