What you receive

Free. Log every sourcing run, post-office trip and booth restock for 2026 — the deduction most resellers under-count. The IRS raised the 2026 business mileage rate on July 1, so one rate doesn't cover the whole year. This log applies 72.5¢ a mile to trips through June 30 and 76¢ from July 1 by each trip's date, keeps parking and tolls in their own column, and flags any date outside 2026 so it isn't counted. What's inside Mileage — room for 500 trips: date, purpose, route and miles. The rate and the deduction fill in by themselves. Summary — miles before and after July 1, the mileage deduction, parking and tolls, and the total for Schedule C line 9. Settings — the 2026 rates with their IRS sources. Works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (File → Import → Upload keeps every formula working). Want the whole year organized? The 2026 Reseller Tax-Year Workbook ($29) carries this same log plus income by platform, expenses mapped to Schedule C lines, cost of goods sold, home office, a quarterly set-aside estimate and a 1099-K check. Please note: this is an organizational tool. It isn't tax, accounting or legal advice, and it doesn't prepare or file a return. Rates were checked against the IRS standard mileage rate page on October 1, 2026. Questions? Message the shop — replies come from a working antique dealer. You will get a XLSX (53KB) file
