Antique Pabst-Ett wooden cheese box, marked "Pabst" in script with "Pabst-Ett Corp. Chicago, Ill." on the side and "American Pabst Pasteurized Process Cheese" on the end panel. The printed advertising graphics remain readable on both the side and end panels. Its open-top rectangular form and aged surface suit an advertising, mercantile, kitchen, or primitive display. Made for the Pabst-Ett Corporation of Chicago, Illinois, and dated to approximately the 1920s-1930s.
