Prepare antique and vintage listings from one organized intake record. This kit supplies an eight-tab XLSX workbook and 11 printable bench pages for recording facts, drafting titles and descriptions, checking suggested tags, and reviewing condition, measurements, photos and packing before you publish manually. The Listing Builder uses your intake details and editable shop lines to produce an Etsy title draft, an eBay title draft, a website title draft, up to 13 suggested Etsy tags, a description and basic item-specific text. Title-length, tag-length and duplicate-tag checks help you review the draft. Suggested keywords come from your inputs; the workbook does not measure live search demand or rankings. The readiness section checks entered information, including positive numeric measurements, condition details, recorded flaws, age evidence, photos and package dimensions and weight. Invalid measurements produce a warning rather than a ready result. READY TO LIST means the worksheet checks passed; it does not authenticate an item, confirm your facts, verify every marketplace rule or approve a listing. The eight tabs are START HERE, Settings, Intake, Listing Builder, Keywords, Sourcing, Listings Log and Photo Shot List. Fixed capacities are 500 intake pieces, 200 keyword records, 300 sourcing rows and 500 listing-log records. Example records use those same slots and can be replaced. The START HERE tab gives exact input-only clearing instructions so you keep formulas and dropdowns. Sourcing estimates a maximum purchase price from your expected selling price, fee estimate, seller-paid shipping, repair cost and desired profit. Text or negative costs trigger CHECK. Blank optional costs count as zero; enter your actual costs before deciding. An impossible profit target produces Pass, including when the asking price is zero. This is an estimate based on your inputs, not a market-value appraisal or a guarantee of profit. The 11-page US Letter PDF includes: a sourcing worksheet, intake form, condition report, measurement checklist, photo checklist, title worksheet, keyword worksheet, description framework, packing checklist, pre-publish check and sold record. Compatibility: the workbook has been tested by forced recalculation in LibreOffice. Native Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets have not been verified. For Google Sheets, import a copy into a new spreadsheet and check the sample results and formatting before use. Keep an untouched backup. You review and copy the drafts into your marketplace yourself. There is no automatic publishing, marketplace synchronization, live SEO ranking, guaranteed search placement or guaranteed sales.
