Vintage Pink Pressed Glass Lidded Candy Dish

The details

Vintage pink pressed glass lidded candy dish on a pedestal foot, with embossed floral panels and a tall spire finial. The maker and pattern have not been identified. Approximately 10 inches tall with lid and finial, 6.75 inches across at the widest point, and 3.5 inches across the base. Original lid included and seats properly. No chips, cracks, or repairs. A complete lidded piece in soft pink glass. The bowl and lid are formed in vertical fluted panels, with open-flower-and-leaf sprays embossed in the panel reserves, and the lid's floral panels match the base. The faceted lid rises to a tall pointed finial, and the bowl stands on a pedestal foot with a ribbed underside. The rim is plain and smooth. No maker's mark is visible in the photos. If you recognize the mold, we would be glad to hear from you. Excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. The finial is centered properly and the lid seats cleanly to the base. The soft pink color shows a warm glow under natural light. The embossed floral panels remain crisp and well-defined, showing strong mold detail throughout. There is no interior cloudiness, staining, or distracting wear. Displays beautifully as a vanity centerpiece, dessert table accent, candy dish, or statement piece in a pink glass collection.
