Restoration Inquiries

For selective restoration work—including woodworking, metal cleaning, refinishing, and surface preservation—send a description and photographs of the piece.

Returns & Damage Claims

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the requirements in our Refund Policy. Buyer return shipping applies unless the item arrives damaged, is significantly different from its description, or the wrong item was sent.

If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the item, packing materials, and shipping box. We will work quickly to provide a replacement when possible or a full refund.
