Fragile and one-of-a-kind vintage items are securely packed using professional packing materials and proven methods developed through years of shipping antiques and collectibles.

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on the size, weight, and destination of the item.

International Shipping

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging materials

  • Photos of the shipping box

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement when possible or a full refund.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members and neighbors and contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will help however we can.

Incorrect Shipping Address
