Return Policy

At LintHead Restoration’s, we stand behind every item we sell and take great care to describe each piece accurately and package it professionally.

Because we specialize in vintage and antique items, all pieces are sold as-is and may show normal signs of age, wear, and character consistent with their history. We encourage customers to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

  • The item must be securely repacked using the original packaging materials whenever possible.

  • The buyer must contact us before sending the item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • The item is significantly different from the description.

  • The wrong item was sent.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the item.

  • Photos of the packaging materials.

  • Photos of the shipping box.

We will work quickly to provide a replacement (when possible) or a full refund.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Final sale items marked as non-returnable.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
