H.C. & Co. (Hemingray & Company) produced insulators in the 1860s–1870s, making this one of the earliest identifiable glass insulators in American production. The beehive form in aqua glass is classic and beautiful — the color shifts between blue and green depending on the light. Authentic early surface texture, natural bubbles, and period glass character throughout. A display-grade piece with serious collector provenance.
One-of-a-kind piece. Once sold, it is gone. Only one available. Questions welcome before purchase.
