FAQ

Are your items authentic vintage or antique?

Every listing identifies the exact item being offered. Reproductions, repairs, restorations, and identification uncertainty are disclosed when applicable.

Are the photographs of the exact item?

Yes, unless a listing clearly states otherwise. Most inventory is one of one, and the product photographs form part of the condition description.

How do you describe condition?

Condition is described in writing and documented in photographs. Chips, cracks, repairs, cloudiness, staining, wear, and other material flaws are disclosed when observed. Please review every photograph because the images form part of the condition description.

How is payment handled?

Checkout is processed securely through Shopify. The payment methods currently available to you are displayed during checkout.

How is shipping handled?

Every order is professionally packed for fragile shipment. We use appropriate box sizes, generous cushioning, and double-boxing when warranted. Orders ship next business day when possible, with tracking and insurance as appropriate.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the item, packing materials, and shipping box. We will work promptly under the published damage and return process.

Do you combine shipping on multiple purchases?

Yes, when the items can be packed together safely. Contact us before purchasing large, heavy, or unusually shaped combinations so we can confirm the shipping method.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the requirements in our Refund Policy. Buyer return shipping applies unless the item arrives damaged, is significantly different from its description, or the wrong item was sent.

Can I ask about a condition detail before buying?

Yes. Email lintheadrestorations@gmail.com or use the website contact form. Questions about markings, measurements, shipping or condition are welcome.

Do you do restoration work?

Yes. We handle selective restoration projects including woodworking, metal cleaning, refinishing, and surface preservation. Contact us to discuss the piece.

Where do you source your inventory?

Inventory is sourced primarily from estate sales, auctions, private collections, and regional purchases throughout the Deep South.
