Original 1938 Coca-Cola contour bottle produced for the Savannah, Georgia bottling territory. This vintage 6-ounce hobbleskirt bottle is made in the classic pale aqua-green glass associated with early Coca-Cola returnable bottles and displays strong raised script on both sides.
The body is embossed:

The base is clearly embossed SAVANNAH, GA, giving the bottle strong regional appeal for collectors of Georgia Coca-Cola memorabilia, Savannah history, Southern advertising, and town-name soda bottles.
The heel markings include the Chattanooga Glass Company maker’s mark and a 38 date code, identifying this as a 1938 production bottle. The D-105529 marking represents Coca-Cola’s revised contour-bottle design introduced during the late 1930s, making this an early production example of that design.
The pale aqua-green glass shows attractive period character, including small bubbles, subtle manufacturing irregularities, and natural variations created during production. The embossed lettering remains clearly readable, and the Savannah base marking presents well.
